∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ LLB or equivalent degree holders shall get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance Law, Land Documentation, Land Law
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing with legal/compliance and land related issues of the Company.
∎ Dealing with court cases.
∎ Dealing with government offices especially land office, deputy commissioner’s office, registration office, Ministry of Housing and Public Works, RAJUK, police stations, Registrar of Companies etc.
∎ Working with respect to land documentation and providing opinions.
∎ Liaison with the company’s legal advisor and other advocates.
∎ Perform any other work as per assigned by the top management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
