∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science Engineering
∎ MCSE/CISCO/REDHAT certified Engineer
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Jahangirnagar University,BRAC University students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Ensure Efficiency on Windows, Linux based server infrastructure management to ensure services to the customers.
∎ To deploy systems with respect to application requirements.
∎ Installation, configuration & administration of Linux Servers, Maintain & Manage various services running in Linux system which include mail server.
∎ Manage and administrate Cisco Routers, Catalyst Switch and access layer switches managing.
∎ Manage and maintain routing and switching and redundancy.
∎ Handling network service request within SLA and also coordinate with vendor and partner services.
∎ Provide and manage modem, Wi-Fi related solutions.
∎ Control and monitor data warehousing considering remote auto backup strategy, replication and mirroring.
∎ Assure troubleshooting hardware, software and network
∎ Upgrade new technology of computer and network system and ideas to add value to project.
∎ Monitor and train up new employees
∎ Prepare product documentation, bug fixing and testing and developing web reporting.
∎ Work seamlessly in a team collaborating with other programmers and ensuring knowledge transfer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to maintain service excellence & to meet strict deadline
∎ Excellent Problem analytical & solving ability.
∎ Familiar with ERP solution implementation system models
∎ Strong leadership quality
∎ Able to work under huge pressure and able to deliver on time
∎ Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of analytical ability.
∎ Strong presentation and collaboration skills
