Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in computer science/information technology.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To attend the training programs arranged for self
∎ To provide prompt support to maintain updated systems asset register at all time
∎ Acquire, configure and maintain development, test and production servers. Support development, test and production servers including after-hours support and monitoring server usage and up-time.
∎ To provide support to monitor all server performance 24*7 with monitoring tool, analyse for any bottle-neck condition and provide possible remediation in consultation with functional leader
∎ To support in the process of access control in the all servers
∎ To support in developing test cases and create migration / fall-back plan for systems when required
∎ To support in conducting regular security assessment for systems and provide report of such assessment to functional leader
∎ To support in implementation of patch for systems, in consultation with functional leader
∎ To provide user level supports and trainings wherever applicable

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, LAN and WAN to maintain server functionality
∎ Analytical and reasoning skills to troubleshoot and repair server issues
∎ Experience in advanced Active Directory Administration.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Communicating effectively with colleagues across teams as well as company management
