Responsibilities & Context:
- User Support: Provide first-level technical support to end-users.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Software Installation and Configuration.
- Network: Maintain troubleshoot, repair, and manage local area networks (LAN).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests.
- Remote Assistance: Provide remote support to users working in different locations.
- Inventory Management: Keep Trac of IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
- Software Updates: Assist in managing and implementing software patches, and updates.
