Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Training/Trade Course: PGDM in HR will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR, Administration, Employee Relation, HR Policy, Organizational Development, People Management, Performance Management System, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze, foresee, strategize & guide assigned Managers in evolving business environment.
∎ Close cross functional collaboration among department heads
∎ Risk Management.
∎ Annually reviews and makes recommendations to senior management for improvement of the organization's policies, procedures and practices on human resource matters.
∎ Communicates changes in the organization's HR policies and procedures and ensures that proper compliance is followed
∎ Develop manpower planning, create functional job description and recruit.
∎ Recommends, evaluates and participates in employee's skill development which will take employees to reach desired career path.
∎ Compliance of all employee related statutory requirements as required under Bangladesh Law.
∎ Design (Key Process Indicator) KPI for all employees and participate activity in half yearly and yearly review.
∎ Works directly with departmental Head to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on HR matters.
∎ Develop and maintain human resource information system that meets the organization's personnel's information needs.
∎ Initiate and implement employee engagement activities including rewarding employees performance for their motivation.
∎ Coordinates or conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations and initiate to progress.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by Reporting Manager.

∎ Reasonable understanding of Bangladesh Labor law.
