Job Context: To lead, plan, and execute integrated marketing, branding, and communication strategies that strengthen brand equity, generate high-quality demand, enhance customer experience, and support sustained sales growth across real estate projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute overall marketing and branding strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Build strong brand identity, positioning, and differentiation for corporate and project brands.
• Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, media strategies, and ROI analysis.
• Translate business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps and campaigns.
Brand Management & Communication:
• Ensure brand consistency across all offline, digital, and on-ground touch points.
• Oversee brand guidelines, tone of voice, visuals, messaging, and storytelling.
• Manage corporate branding, project branding, rebranding, and sub-brand initiatives.
• Develop brand playbooks, SOPs, and communication frameworks.
Digital Marketing & Lead Management:
• Lead all digital marketing initiatives, including social media, Google Ads, SEO, portals, website, and CRM campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize lead quality, CPL, conversion ratios, and campaign ROI.
• Oversee CRM integration, marketing automation, and lead routing
• Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and technology vendors.
Content, Creative & Storytelling:
• Drive content strategy, including brand films, walkthrough videos, drone shoots, 3D renders, and virtual tours.
• Supervise creative development for ads, brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
Offline, ATL & BTL Marketing:
• Plan and execute ATL/BTL campaigns, including billboards, print ads, brochures, hoardings, and site branding.
• Manage events, fairs, roadshows, launches, and client activations.
Sales & Cross-Functional Support:
• Work closely with the Sales team to support lead conversion and closures.
• Develop sales enablement tools and analyze market and competitor insights.
Customer Experience & PR:
• Ensure consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Manage PR, media relations, press releases, and brand reputation.
Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and develop marketing and creative teams.
• Set KPIs, performance goals, and training plans.
