Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Over all supervision of all activities of General Store.
∎ 2. Raised the Purchase requisition as per re-order label.
∎ 3. Received the all incoming materials as per challan and invoice.
∎ 4. Inventory the all received materials and entry in system.
∎ 5. Entry in register all incoming goods.
∎ 6. Prepare the M.R.R (Material Receiving Report) of all incoming material.
∎ 7. Issued the material concern department as per approved store requisition.
∎ 8. Prepare the Challan and gate pass of general items.
∎ 9. Prepare the Bin Card and keep the location of all material.
∎ 10. Ensure Logic ERP Software posting the all items.
∎ 11. To supervise the House Keeping the store.
∎ 12. To follow up the all activities of all Administrative and Compliance activities.
∎ 13. Maintain daily stock report, Monthly closing stock report.
∎ 14. Maintain physical inventory half yearly and yearly.
∎ 15. Any other task assigned by the management.

∎ Age at least 25 years
