∎ 4 to 5 years of practical experience in financial accounting and reporting in a large manufacturing industry.
∎ Hands-on experience in ERP-based accounting systems is essential.
∎ Strong analytical skills and command over Excel and financial modeling.
∎ Good communication and team collaboration skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable standards (IAS/IFRS).
∎ Support in ERP system development, implementation, and integration with financial modules.
∎ Conduct quantity movement analysis including input-output reconciliation, sales trend, collection status, receivables aging, and inventory valuation.
∎ Verification and approval of journal entries, ensuring accuracy and alignment with accounting policies.
∎ Monitor general ledger transactions and perform periodic reconciliations.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records for internal and external audit purposes.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments to streamline cost control and budgeting processes.
∎ Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial dashboards for management decision-making.
∎ Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits and support compliance requirements.
