∎ Assisting with the financial aspects of sales, such as preparing reports and managing accounts.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales Achievement:
∎ Meeting and exceeding sales targets for both motorcycles and helmets.
∎ Customer Relationship Management:
∎ Building rapport with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
∎ Product Knowledge:
∎ Demonstrating a strong understanding of the company's motorcycle and helmet models, accessories, and associated services.
∎ Sales Process Management:
∎ Following the sales process, including lead generation, product demonstrations, pricing negotiation, and deal closing.
∎ After-Sales Service:
∎ Providing support to customers after a sale, addressing any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Inventory Management:
∎ Maintaining accurate records of motorcycle and helmet stock, ordering new inventory as needed, and ensuring proper storage.
∎ Market Analysis:
∎ Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
∎ Communication and Negotiation:
∎ Effectively communicating with customers, colleagues, and supervisors, and negotiating prices and financing terms.
∎ Marketing and Promotion:
∎ Participating in marketing efforts, such as attending trade shows, and developing promotional materials.
