Job Summary:
Quasem Industries Plc is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Executive to support sales, promotion, and marketing activities for our online and offline brand communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online and offline sales, coordinating with influencers and vendors, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. This role also includes managing promotional campaigns, working with other departments (sales, Finance, factories) closely and increasing brand visibility through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
Moderate social media pages, coordinating any sales
Coordinate with social media influencers for product reviews, unboxing, and collaborative content
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners for asset management
Help organize online and offline promotional events and marketing content
Monitor online sales performance and provide reports to the team
Engage with customers through social platforms and respond to inquiries and feedback
Contribute to the development of creative content ideas and brand-building activities
Communicate with different internal departments regarding sales/brand promotion opportunities and duties.
Monitor progress of brand activities and promotions
Market research- on and offline
Contribute to marketing campaigns that further the company’s strategic goals.
Monitor consumer trends, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
Apply marketing concepts to solve organizational challenges.
Spearhead brand communication strategies to drive growth and profitability, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions. Take time to learn each individual brand strategy with help from marketing heads.
Do any other tasks related to marketing as assigned, be a team player.
