Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Location : Gulshan 2, Head OfficeEnrich with sufficient knowledge on interior trends, material specifications and range of prices. Find new prospects and sales leads to secure interior design consultancy and execution. Visit potential clients on a regular basis and develop rapport with the project in-charges to meet the sales target given by the management. Maintain relationships with real estate professionals and buyers for necessary sourcing of leads. Conduct research and analysis to identify relevant data sources. Working with external clients (e.g. Bank, Insurance, Financial Organizations, Garments) Follow up with the clients for necessary coordination within the team for smooth execution.
