∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect and analyze market information and provide input in the preparation of marketing strategies.
∎ Prepare and implement appropriate marketing plans for Helmet and Accessories.
∎ Collect product performance data, analyze and generate reports on product performance.
∎ Prepare product branding plan, considering customer targeting & online/offline customer behavior.
∎ Develop new dealers for helmets and accessories.
∎ Make regular field visits to monitor market situations & competitors' activities.
∎ Achieve overall budget of motorcycle accessories and helmets.
∎ Ensure smooth and profitable operations of helmet and accessories.
∎ Develop marketing strategies for secondary network enhancement.
∎ Expand secondary network for accessories and helmets, organize promotional events.
∎ Prepare import forecast, coordinate product sourcing, and local purchases.
∎ Monitor and efficiently manage customer issues, respond to relevant queries and sales calls.
∎ Make regular field visits, ensure training & guide field forces, and maintain rapport with the secondary network.
∎ Analyze market data, prepare relevant reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Helmet/Motorcycle accessories will be an added advantage.
∎ Sound knowledge of marketing tools & techniques.
∎ Flexibility to travel within Bangladesh.
∎ Expertise in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
