Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service including response customer query and concern by precise communication
  • Attend customer calls professionally & timely.
  • Corresponding with foreign customers
  • Capable of resolving issues and handling customer complaints
  • Accept booking and necessary update into the system within timeframe
  • Understand customer needs and serve them with satisfaction
