Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA in Marketing or MIS with a minimum CGPA of 3.00/4.00 or equivalent.
∎ Graduate in CSC or CSE with a minimum CGPA of 3.00/4.00 or equivalent
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, SALES PLANNING
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales and marketing of Cyber Security Services and solutions to enterprise clients.
∎ Approach new businesses with regular Sales calls and develop new clients to increase sales & revenue.
∎ Visit clients, prepare offers and presentations, regular follow-up and monitoring till deal closure.
∎ Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales targets for all service lines.
∎ Monitor client experience, report client expectation and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
∎ Develop strong relationships with the top executives of all relevant industries.
∎ Market analysis, campaign development and contribute on Marketing plan to the Marketing team.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and prospect reports to line manager.
∎ Provide customers feedback reports on services, solutions and service trends in the relevant industry
∎ Prepare need analysis of potential clientele base and report to the Marketing team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Self-Motivated, energetic, proactive, extrovert and self-challenging mindset is a must.
∎ Ability to Convince, sell and grow in a competitive environment.
∎ Strong negotiation skills with strategic thinking mindset.
∎ Team player with temperament to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bengali is a must.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is necessity.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
