∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for setting, executing and achieving business and sales strategies, targets, budgeting and commercial development of the organization.
∎ Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and cause studies.
∎ Understand the competitive landscape and market trends and effectively communicate the company's value proposition, USP, Service Lines and strengths.
∎ Determine annual sales in revenues, units and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plans and targets for various markets and target industries; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new service lines.
∎ Achieve and Maintain sales volumes and revenues targets across service lines and setting up pricing policies by keeping with the client requirements/ budgets, Industry mindset, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
∎ Undertake entire sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning sales team; following up on work results to close deals and receive work orders.
∎ Maintain sales & market teams by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results and KPI Indexes.
∎ Work with internal service delivery teams for clients to ensure the highest level of client servicing and ensure service delivery while meeting expectations.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, stakeholders & clientele for both technical and non-technical audiences.
∎ Work closely with the management, technical and Service delivery, teams to implement targeted sales strategy to achieve expected revenue growth.
∎ Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the management providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to client generation, pipeline forecast and trends, conversion rates, target markets and industries, market segmentation, Win/Loss.
∎ Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, Digital Marketing platforms, SEO, SEM, Lead management programs.
∎ Spearhead the Sales and Marketing Teams and Contribute to formulate and execute Marketing and brand building strategies for boosting CRM and Sales Leads.
∎ Excellent in writing, communication, presentation and public speaking capabilities in both Bengali and English language.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having Sales experience in Cyber Security Products/ Services/ Solutions will have preference.
∎ Candidates must have a Mid or Senior level Sales experience with track record of managing Sales teams for at least 3-5 years will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
