Job Responsibilities:
∎ To generate online leads/new business opportunities to feed the sales pipeline.
∎ Qualify business opportunities by presenting our company and services and by demoing our platform.
∎ Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
∎ Achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
∎ Assistant Head of Business in writing reports and analyzing data.
∎ Pro-actively drive leads and online traffic with web and social media-based activities and programs.
∎ Identify and understand client's objectives and challenges.
∎ Assist our sales team to maintain a strong supportive and fun environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Self-Motivated, energetic, proactive, extrovert and self-challenging mindset is a must.
∎ Ability to Convince, sell and grow in a competitive environment.
∎ Strong negotiation skills with strategic thinking mindset.
∎ Team player with temperament to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bengali is a must.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is necessity.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
Salary:

∎ Fresh graduates who are enthusiastic enough to pursue a Sales career in IT security sector and are interested in selling and learning about cyber security services are encouraged to apply.
Experience of 1-2 years in IT sales will be an added advantage for Senior Executive, Business Development position.
Excellent written, verbal, communications, and presentation skills, in English.
Ability to adapt to a start-up environment.
Ability to adapt to constructive coaching.
