∎ CCNA Certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate) – Mandatory
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

∎ 3–5 years of experience in enterprise IT solutions or system integration environments.
∎ CCNA Certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate) – Mandatory.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Virtualization, Cloud Platforms, Backup & Recovery solutions, Software Licensing, etc.
∎ Experience in working with global OEMs and local distribution partners.
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and solution design tools.
∎ Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving ability and client-centric mindset.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage software licenses for Microsoft, Adobe, Red Hat, Oracle, and other inbuilt enterprise solutions.
∎ Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and optimize license usage.
∎ Track renewals, updates, and maintain accurate license inventories.
∎ Visit client sites to gather business and technical requirements.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their evolving needs.
∎ Design and propose customized software solutions aligned with licensing models and business goals.
∎ Handle license loading, activation, and documentation.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and account teams for license acquisition and updates.
∎ Support internal teams with licensing insights and documentation.
∎ Assist in preparing technical and commercial documentation for tenders.
∎ Collaborate with sales, legal, and procurement teams to ensure compliance with tender requirements.
∎ Analyze tender specifications and align proposed solutions accordingly.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with OEMs and distributors to gather updated product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
∎ Engage in pre-sales technical discussions with OEMs to validate solution architecture.
∎ Prepare solution architecture documents, BOQs, proposals, and customer-facing presentations.
∎ Maintain solution pipeline and report weekly/monthly progress on leads, projects, and closure timelines.
∎ The purpose of this role is to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise software products and licenses while ensuring full compliance with licensing agreements and optimizing usage across clients and internal operations. The incumbent will play a strategic role in engaging with customers to understand technical requirements, design tailored software solutions, and support pre-sales activities. This role also involves managing vendor and OEM relationships, participating in tender processes, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
