• Experience: Having 2-3 years of relevant experience is required.

• Language & Analytical Skills: Strong command of English and Bangla with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the lift maintenance team to ensure timely execution of both preventive and breakdown maintenance for all lift systems.

• Ensure accurate documentation of all lift maintenance activities and service history using SAP or equivalent maintenance management systems.

• Regularly monitor lift safety checks, operational performance, and compliance with relevant safety standards and statutory regulations.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults in lifts to minimize operational disruptions and ensure passenger safety.

• Collaborate with engineering, facilities, and safety departments to ensure uninterrupted lift operations across the facility.

• Maintain effective communication with management, technicians, and external vendors to report issues, progress, and improvement initiatives.

• Deliver ongoing training and refresher sessions for lift technicians on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and proper lift operation protocols.
