Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in email administration and management.
∎ Strong knowledge of GSuite/Google Workspace and email security protocols.
∎ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
∎ Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
∎ Relevant certifications in Google Workspace (GWS) are preferred.
∎ Proven experience in email administration and management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create new email IDs for employees and other organizational needs.
∎ Delete email IDs as required.
∎ Manage password changes and assist users with password recovery.
∎ Create and delete email groups as necessary.
∎ Add and remove members from email Rearrange group members and manage group mail access.
∎ Change user organization units as required.
∎ Lock and unlock user IDs.
∎ Increase email quotas for users as needed.
∎ Provide user data delivery and export files upon request.
∎ Conduct email log analysis for monitoring and troubleshooting.
∎ Monitor and manage SPAM filters.
∎ Ensure GSuite SMTP monitoring and troubleshooting.
∎ Configure GSuite single sign-on for application integration.
∎ Handle user data migration from legacy systems to GSuite.
∎ Provide configuration and troubleshooting support based on user requests.
∎ Send notifications and arrange 2-step verification policy enrollment.
∎ Reset email servers according to HRD’s program list.
∎ Contact Google support team for resolving various issues.
∎ Contact SendGrid support team for troubleshooting.
∎ Maintain and support SendGrid (3rd party SMTP).
∎ Archive email users exceeding storage limits.
∎ Cleanup email accounts that are filling up space.
∎ Conduct email-related investigations as necessary.
∎ Provide monthly reports on email usage and SMTP usage.
∎ Maintain records of email-related purchases and credit card transactions.
∎ Ensure ERP clearance.
∎ Take necessary actions upon employee resignation as per official notifications from BRAC.
∎ Obtain and maintain Google Workspace (GWS) certifications (courses 1-5).
