Context:

To ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation of all electrical systems, machinery, and automation equipment by performing preventive maintenance, timely troubleshooting, and repair work. The role aims to minimize equipment downtime, improve performance, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, supporting smooth and efficient production.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical panels, motors, PLCs, drives, and power systems.

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, and ensure quick restoration of functionality.

• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical and automation equipment.

• Monitor and optimize PLC, HMI, and control system performance for production efficiency.

• Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and safety documentation accurately.

• Manage electrical spare parts inventory and coordinate with the supply chain for timely availability.

• Supervise maintenance technicians and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.

• Collaborate with production and other teams to plan and execute maintenance activities with minimal downtime.

• Identify improvement areas, implement preventive actions, and support continuous improvement projects.

• Provide guidance and technical training to junior maintenance staff.
