Responsibilities & Context:
Sales:
- Drive direct sales of our project land to individual buyers, developers, and investors.
- Generate leads through field visits, broker networks, digital platforms, and cold calling.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring documentation and compliance processes are followed.
- Maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key stakeholders.
Marketing:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote land projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for content, brochures, hoardings, and digital campaigns.
- Attend real estate exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
- Support in gathering market intelligence and competitor analysis.
