∎ Graduation in any discipline from any reputed University.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for well experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CAD, production management (Cutting)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively & efficiently monitor the activities of the Cutting dept. as per set SOP under Cutting Manager.
∎ Receive fabrics and others cutting related items from the concern dept. as per consumption.
∎ Differentiate the fabrics as per quality segregation.
∎ Cross check the QC report and obtain the QC approval for the sample/size and bulk cut according.
∎ Make the cutting plan as per quality segregation.
∎ Ensure fabric relaxation as per fabrics type & buyer's requirement.
∎ Lay inspection - marking and cutting the fabrics accordingly.
∎ Fabrics consumption shall be within the plan if cross then take approval from Superior.
∎ Ensure numbering are made actually.
∎ Bundling the cut panel as per order wise.
∎ Line input shall be given as per order - plan-cut.
∎ Keep touch with concern Merchandiser /PM/ Quality Manager/Factory Head and others for day by day work.
∎ Able to read fabric inspection report and accordingly decide the worker for efficient & effective cutting.
∎ Plan outline programs for automation and several machines in a way so as to exploit available manpower in the floor.
∎ Use of automation as a strategic tool to reduce manpower by 10% each year.
∎ Maintain 100% compliance at cutting operation and department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have leadership skill.
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to do multitask.
∎ Strong ability to solve the problem.
∎ Working experience in Large Knit Composite Factories.
∎ Knowledge of computers and CAD programs are additional performance.
