∎ MBA (Major in Accounting), M. Com (Accounting) from any reputed University with good academic background
∎ Preferred Professional Certificate: CA (CC)/ CMA (Partly Qualified)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make entries into ERP for all types of charges including L/C opening, acceptance, amendment, TT/DD and all other bank charges
∎ Making entry of all LC acceptance and payment
∎ Preparing vouchers of all kinds of FTT/ FDD etc. payment and posting to ledger
∎ Make Journal entry of all inventories
∎ Prepare monthly MIS Report.
∎ Closing of all BTB LCs/FTT & FDD and machinery advance (Yarn, dyes, chemicals, trims, subcontract) and preparing statement.
∎ Keep recording & documentation of Machinery and Spare Parts L/C
∎ Bank reconciliation of all accounts.
∎ Assist to implement Fixed Asset Register in ERP
∎ Take full responsibilities to implementation of ERP Accounts & Assets module.
∎ Take Physical inventory and cooperating in closing accounts in quarterly/half yearly/yearly
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by senior from time to time.
