Responsibilities & Context:
Client Query Response:
Manage and respond to customer inquiries from social media platforms and the company website in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Management:
Oversee online sales activities, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. Coordinate and arrange deliveries, providing necessary customer support when needed.
Warehouse Management:
Handle warehouse operations, including inventory tracking and stock management.
Generate regular reports on warehouse activities and inventory levels.
Marketing Support:
Assist with various marketing tasks as assigned, contributing to the promotion and growth of the company.
