Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking proper recovery steps to Default & Irregular Customer by way of a personal visit and group visit to each & every Default & Irregular Customer's business addresses, office, residences, factories, as an effective meeting for cash recovery & settle the assigned party.
∎ Advise customers on their various payment options. If no payment agreement can be reached then inform customers of further actions that may be taken to collect overdue debts.
∎ Taking the challenges to meet the Credit Recovery target and report to the Management.
∎ Physically visit the party and check party balance and company statement for Ensuring fair statement due to recovery purpose.
∎ Submit the Daily, Weekly, and monthly reports regarding all kinds of credit and party related issues
∎ Monitoring monthly credit collection and contact with dealers for credit Collection.
∎ To ensure Debt Recovery from hardcore defaulter clients in a focused manner & supervise collection activities by the communication process against the Default & Irregular Customer.
∎ Develop and maintain a strong professional relationship with the customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Organize and plan to meet the monthly Recovery Target from default & Irregular customers.
∎ Arrange the frequently and properly party visit to settle or collect actual information.
∎ Communicate with the police force due to unexpected situations.
∎ Make settle and instant recovery in the visit time.
∎ Ensure the highest standard of corporate governance, accountability, and reporting requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
