Job Context:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to set sales goals periodically for the company and works towards achieving them with the guidance of the concerned authority.
∎ The responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. The incumbent should have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential corporate clients to demonstrate our services and products through various channels.
∎ The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into the valuable customers and also to meet and surpass business expectations with contributing to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform with individual sales conversion targets and achieve the numbers as per specified norms
∎ Assist to make sales plan as per given sales target focusing on corporate business segments such as Industries, Corporate houses, Institutions etc.
∎ Help to develop and implement effective sales strategies relevant in the new normal to drive and increase revenue to achieve the company's overall growth target responsibility.
∎ Help to implement processes, procedures, and tools to maximize the productivity and perfor-mance of the sales and marketing functions and to facilitate integration with other departments such as Accounts, Distribution etc.
∎ Assist in Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities, and customers.
∎ Prepared strategic marketing and sales plan (Weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly).
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long lasting working relationships with all potential and existing cli-ents and understanding their needs.
∎ Work closely with the clients to get business in the targeted time frame.
∎ To establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotion-al materials, and events.
∎ Responsible for increasing business opportunities through various routes and also need to de-velop new businesses.
∎ Provide enough support after-sales service to the existing customers and also need to organize promotional initiatives for attracting the potential customers.
∎ Ensure that marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets.
∎ Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to wing head.
∎ Physical client visits will be a part of the Job Profile, as per the requirements
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the concerned authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need to have the knowledge of competitor activities with sales, collection, credit and new product entry.
∎ Agility and adaptability to the changing business and market needs
∎ Ability to take challenge, over-come obstacles with winning attitude.
∎ Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with multiple levels of corpo-rate client.
∎ Articulation skills means ability to communicate clearly with one to one.
∎ Accountability with Ownership will be accountable to the portfolio assigned and will be completely responsible to gen-erate business from various sources.
