Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing performance In-check report using Bhive and communicate the report with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Screening of incoming chemicals using ZDHC gateway to check MRSL conformity level.
∎ Communicate with top management and chemical suppliers to increase the percentage of MRSL conformance level.
∎ Chemical hazard identification and risk assessment of all chemicals in the factory.
∎ Perform all procedures to update Oekotex certificate of fabric unit (Yarn selection, dyeing, testing and submission of sample).
∎ Guiding chemical store and supply chain department about the new requirements, MRSL/RSL updating, REACH SVHC list and provide declaration of conformance.
∎ Work as a chemist for buyer H&M (Follow up of H&M supplier portal about new requirement, perform risk assessment of seamless products, attending chemical QA exam conducted by H&M)
∎ Improving HIGG score for chemical management.
∎ Ensuring proper implementation and updation of chemical management Policies & SOPs.
∎ Follow up certification audits such as GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS, Oekotex Step.
∎ Follow-up & Certification process for “Supplier to Zero” program of ZDHC.
∎ Updating, maintaining QA documents (MSDS, TDS, Declaration of conformance, Certificates, Approval list, third party test report if any) of chemicals.

∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Must be a team player, proactive
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
