Banquet and or FB Operations, Catering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performs as "In-charge" of Banqueting & Catering Sales
∎ Offers menus, venues and logistics to prospective clients for their events
∎ Maintains banquet calendar for meeting rooms
∎ Answers customer queries in professional and timely manner
∎ Negotiates prices and conditions with clients
∎ Coordinates the events with F&B Manager & Executive Chef
∎ Ensures quality services by building trustful and positive relationships with guests and colleagues
∎ Takes care of all necessary arrangements i.e. table setup, podium, projector, sound system etc.
∎ After each event interact with customers to get feedback on their experience
∎ Develop positive working relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
∎ Maintains a database of prospective and current customers
∎ All kinds of secretarial tasks
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Organizational & time management skills
∎ Advanced level of computer skills
∎ Outstanding administrative skills
∎ High level of professional skills
∎ English professional level written and verbal
∎ Outstanding customer care
∎ Excellent telephone etiquette
