Experience:
Plan and execute brand campaigns, seasonal promotions (Eid, Boishakh, etc.), and partnership-driven activities across digital and offline channels.
Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to develop impactful campaign assets and messaging.
Coordinate with sales and operations to ensure campaign alignment at store and online touchpoints.
Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare quick performance updates.
Communicate with vendors, media partners, or agencies for project execution updates.
Check digital platforms to ensure alignment with campaign plans (social media, website, etc.).
Track campaign KPIs and prepare post-campaign analysis reports with actionable insights.
Manage and grow the Club Card loyalty program, analyzing customer data to drive engagement, retention, and value.
Design and implement personalized communication strategies based on customer segments.
Maintain and optimize customer databases to ensure accuracy and relevance for campaign targeting.
Regularly review CRM performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase customer lifetime value.
Plan and execute monthly campaigns for outlet promotions to increase customer visits.
Identify and onboard new partners to enhance the Club Card value proposition through co-branded campaigns or exclusive offers.
Monitor and review promotional budgets to ensure spending aligns with cost control targets.
Work on concepts for weekly OVCs or campaign content, ensuring they are impactful and customer-centric.
Negotiate and manage partner relationships to ensure seamless execution and mutual benefit.
Monitor the performance of partnership campaigns and recommend future collaboration strategies.
Analyze customer and campaign data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
Prepare dashboards and reports using advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, etc.).
Translate data into clear presentations and summaries for internal stakeholders.
Assist in developing the annual marketing plan, outlining campaigns, budgets, and branding initiatives.
Develop and implement innovative concepts to attract new and retain existing customers at outlets.
Analyze yearly sales data, customer feedback, and campaign ROI to inform future strategies.
Contribute to annual budgeting for the marketing department, ensuring all costs align with business goals.
