Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conducting thorough research to identify potential locations for showroom/Plaza analyzing demographic data, foot traffic patterns, and competitor analysis.
∎ Building relationships with real estate agents, property managers, and landlords to stay informed about available spaces that meet your showroom/ Plaza requirements.
∎ Collaborating with the manager or finance team to determine budget constraints and perform financial analysis to ensure the chosen showroom aligns with financial goals.
∎ Organizing and conducting site visits to evaluate potential showroom/plaza based on suitability, location, size, accessibility, and other relevant factors.
∎ Negotiating lease terms, rental rates, and other contractual terms with landlords or property owners to secure the best deal for the company.
∎ Ensuring all necessary paperwork, leases, permits, and legal requirements are completed accurately and on time.
∎ Collaborating with marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure the showroom/ Plaza layout and design align with brand standards and operational needs.
∎ Overseeing the showroom/ Plaza setup process, including coordinating renovations, interior design, furniture procurement, and technology installations.
