∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales Executive & Manager who has experience in the Bangladesh Land/ Real Estate industry. This candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in marketing Properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
∎ Job Location: Motijheel, or Gulshan-2, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Computer knowledge is the must.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

∎ Age 21 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing & Sales of Housing Development, Real Estate, Property Development, and Land Development Marketing & Sales.
