Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study and collect land related information and necessary documents from landowners, media and others
∎ Visit locations of potential lands and crosscheck with the collected information
∎ Exercise the feasibility of the land and prepare efficient proposal
∎ Continuous follow-up with the potential and prospective landowners for joint venture project
∎ Negotiate with land owners regarding Deed of Agreement (DOA), Power of Attorney (POA) etc.
∎ Coordinate with architect and logistics department for necessary requirements of land acquisition
∎ Prepare draft budget for new and existing land owners' payment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Understanding of area and potential customers
∎ Strong communication and persuasion skills
∎ Excellent salesmanship
∎ Result oriented
∎ Ability to learn fast and deliver
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
