Responsibilities & Context:
One of the fast-growing multinational organization is looking for a candidate who are dedicated, goal-oriented and ambitious to build up his/her career in courier service sector.
Develop and maintain an effective relationship with existing customers
Gain new customers and fulfill the customer`s needs and ensure high quality of service delivery
Promote Aramex service and e-tools to customers
Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives
Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically
Grow existing customers and migrate them into higher value tiers
Keep a record of customer visits and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data updated the CRM system regularly
Cross-sell and upsell and Gain new business Prepare proposal and quotations to customers
Create and update regularly a prospect plan to know where to focus to gain new clients Ensure having valid customer contracts and ensure they are renewed on time
Report composure KPIs are met (targets, visits, opportunities, number of new accounts) Ensure policies
