Credit Collection, Credit Collection Department
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support credit managers at stations achieve ACP, collection and provision targets
∎ Responsible for all account’s receivables related reporting to internal & external auditors
∎ Assist/support credit controller and accounting / financial managers in decision making and in applying company credit policies and procedures
∎ Coordinate with regional financial controllers to ensure all credit policies and procedures are in place
∎ Monitor and control the aging of receivables & payables
∎ Control loans to employees and insure it is as per the policy
∎ • Control blocked & “in-progress to be blocked” accounts through monitoring the Auto-Block system and following up with stations
∎ Ensure customer receipts are updated on ACCPAC on daily basis
∎ Audit invoice issuance through ACCPAC and make sure all are issued through InfoAXS or FTS
∎ Ensure all customers are available on Reach & not only on ACCPAC
∎ Weekly check on all credit terms and limits and ensure they are assigned properly
∎ • Check and clear unapplied payments in coordination with stations
∎ Prepare and analyze weekly aging reports to identify top accounts affecting the station
∎ Check, evaluate and confirm the monthly bad debt calculation for stations
