Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain an effective relationship with existing customers
∎ Gain new customers and fulfill the customer's needs and ensure high quality of service delivery
∎ Promote Aramex service and e-tools to customers
∎ Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives
∎ Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically
∎ Grow existing customers and migrate them into higher value tiers
∎ Keep a record of customer visits and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data updated the CRM system regularly
∎ Cross-sell and upsell and Gain new business
∎ Prepare proposal and quotations to customers
∎ Create and update regularly a prospect plan to know where to focus to gain new clients
∎ Ensure having valid customer contracts and ensure they are renewed on time
∎ Report composure KPIs are met (targets, visits, opportunities, number of new accounts)
∎ Ensure policies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
