∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues
∎ Understand social media trends and impact in design

∎ Lead project-specific branding, including outdoor visuals and signage, in collaboration with vendors and agencies.
∎ Support the development and execution of brand marketing strategies.
∎ Assist in creating and enforcing brand guidelines across all platforms.
∎ Ensure brand activities align with company objectives and audience expectations.
∎ Coordinate brand communication across marketing, sales, and design teams.
∎ Oversee production from design to installation, ensuring quality and consistency.
∎ Plan and support the execution of marketing and promotional events.
∎ Monitor competitors and analyze customer insights to guide branding efforts.
∎ Evaluate marketing initiatives and recommend improvements for better outcomes.
