Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ o Graduate/BBA/Master/ MBA in Management from any recognized university.


∎ Skills Required: Admin, HR Admin

∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Core HR Knowledge

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and handle total HR Operations to align with overall Organizational vision, mission and objectives.
∎ Review, improve, update and develop HR policies and guidelines, and ensure that they are complied by all supervisors and employees.
∎ Conduct Training Need Assessment, prepare Annual Training & Development Calendar and conduct Training Session to motivate employees and improve their performance.
∎ Plan and operate successful 'Employee Engagement Survey' to identify and solve Organizational problems.
∎ Administrate and develop Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
∎ Utility related matters with relevant Government and Non- Government offices, Local Administration and other related Organizations. Formulate various policies & procedures related to Administration & Security of the company.
∎ Drive recognition on what HR does and how it adds value at the functional, team and individual level.
∎ Developing relationships with functional leads and team members to provide another channel for ground level feedback.
∎ Develop HR as a resourceful function and coordinate with all function to develop and implement various HR policies & Procedure.
∎ Coordinate with all functions to enhance and implement an annual Appraisal System for all employees.
∎ Ensure effective utilization of manpower by working with functional heads on a cross functional staffing system.
∎ Ensure retention of best talent, performance management of overall talent and enhancing the performance driven culture.
∎ Benchmark our benefits and make sure we are aligned with the market.
∎ Manage salary and wages administration as per company policy.
∎ Monitor leave & attendance of all employee.
∎ Coordinate with HR and functional Heads to identify the various training and development needs.
∎ Establish and implement efficient systems and procedure to ensure prompt services and effective controls, including data/information and records etc.
∎ Train & develop functional staff to improve efficiency, effectiveness to improve service, human relations, skills and knowledge.
∎ Benchmark for best practices and trends related to HR in market.
∎ Ensure effective handling of Grievances
∎ Motivating personnel towards discipline and make employees pro-active.
∎ Ensure proper planning, organizing, directing, controlling and monitoring overall Admin function of the company.
∎ Maintain discipline of the personal irrespective of the rank & Status.
∎ Monitor, Supervise & coordinate all admin, transport, overall logistics, legal issue as per Company Policy.
∎ Supervising attendance, Disciplinary issues and solves any dispute or unwanted situations.
∎ Monitor safety, Health, Hygiene, environment and security properly of the Project Office and Head Office.
∎ Maintain liaison with the local civil administration, local elites, and maintain public relation with political and non-political about the matters related to company including Govt., Semi Govt. high officials.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
∎ Ensure proper SOP all being maintained for all admin related functions.
∎ Support organization in formulating and implementing training development program of security, Firefighting team, other personnel etc.
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of factory/office while in operation and off the operation
∎ Ensure security of men, materials and machines.
∎ Perform any other job as per decision by the Top Management.

Additional Requirements:

∎ o Should have experience on labor law (2006 &2013) and Labor Rules (2015).
∎ o Excellent communication skill in English (writing & speaking)
∎ o Progressive attitude and sensitivity towards human issues and problems.

∎ o Ability to cope with a challenging and competitive environment.
∎ o Self-starter with good interpersonal skills.
∎ o Ability to instill enthusiasm and confidence at all levels.
