Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate in any discipline from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
∎ Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
∎ Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
∎ Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
∎ Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
∎ Resolve any arising problems or complaints regarding stock and delivery.
∎ Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
∎ Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
∎ Comply with laws and regulations requirement.
∎ To ensure that materials, spares are received, issued as per approved procedures and stacking in the store as per bin location as well as preserved properly.
∎ To generate monthly report of store operation.
∎ To manage store inventory levels and stock replacement of critical items.
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement.
∎ Ensure all goods receiving and issuing are recorded properly on time while maintaining company systems and procedures.
∎ Need to check and entry to the register following: Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR); Materials Receiving Report (MRR); Materials Delivery Challan (MDC); Materials Transfer Challan (MTC); Gate Pass; Transfer Materials Receiving Report (TMRR); Materials Transfer Requisition Form.
∎ Regular check and update stock ledger & Prepare Gate Pass.
∎ Maintain site inventory and prepare inventory report.
∎ Conduct daily analyses & Check to forecast potential inventory issues.
∎ Assess new inventory to ensure it is ready for delivery.
∎ Coordinate with logistic to make proper arrangements to handle goods receiving and to arrange transportation requirements for shipments.
∎ To maintain receiving/issuing report, material closing report, stock inventory monthly report.
∎ To maintain proper house keeping of store maintaining.
∎ Perform any other job as per decision by the Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have computer literate and competence in Microsoft office.
∎ Able to operate software like as ERP, JD, SAP etc.
∎ Should have leadership quality.
Salary: Negotiable
