∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE
∎ B.Sc. Engineering from any reputed University.
∎ MBA with Engineering would add extra value
∎ Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the marketing and sales for achieving the organizational goal.
∎ Establish and maintain effective business relationship with existing and potential customers to reach the given target.
∎ Visit potential and existing customers to communicate about product, solutions, services and assess requirements in order to ensure increased sales volume by understanding the customer needs.
∎ Identification and development of sales network and its operation to strengthen the sales channel.
∎ Prepare and submit proposal as per client requirements.
∎ Achieve company's sales target set by the management and prepare periodic statement accordingly.
∎ Coordinate with service department to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
∎ Analyze competitor's strategy & behavior, business performance, product performance of each segment and prepare counter strategy reports.
∎ Collect and analyze the data for preparing marketing strategy.
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales volume of company's different brand products & Solution.
∎ Provides target vs. sales results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
∎ Provide timely & structured feedback from trade, customers & competitor
∎ Set an implement the business strategies for the business to attain its goal, ensure repetitive customers, volume sales and increased footfall.
∎ Drive to achieve the targeted sales and profit margin percentage according to the yearly budget.
∎ Work closely with Sales team while generating new ideas, developing and implementing any marketing plan, organizing events.
∎ Support sales team with customer data and survey reports to ensure market positioning and coordinate with them to ensure better communication to reach out the targeted customer base.
∎ Perform any other job as per decision by the Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
∎ Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target.
∎ Should have good physical fitness and passion for sales job.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Driving motorcycle/ Car will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidates must have the ability to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
∎ An ability to work independently and as a team.
Salary: Negotiable
