Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure proper compliance with VAT & Tax laws as per Bangladesh regulations
Prepare and submit VAT returns (Mushak-9.1) and maintain VAT registers
Handle Income Tax matters, including return submission and assessment support
Maintain proper documentation for audit and regulatory compliance
Coordinate with NBR and external auditors when required
Monitor TDS, VDS, and other statutory deductions
Prepare financial reports related to VAT & Tax
Support internal audit and accounts team when necessary
