Job Context:

Excel Telecom (Pvt.) Ltd., a proud Distribution and Manufacturing Partner of Samsung, is expanding its Mobile Assembly Factory operations. To support our rapid growth, we are looking for highly skilled and motivated Senior Engineer & Engineer (Equipment) professionals to join our dynamic team.

This is a vital role within our factory operations, ensuring uninterrupted equipment performance in a fast-paced, high-output manufacturing environment. The position requires proactive leadership, strong technical expertise, and the ability to manage both people and processes effectively.

We plan to hire for two positions within the Equipment Department—one at a leadership level (Senior Engineer) and another at a supporting level (Engineer)—with final placement determined based on candidates’ experience and expertise.

Must be willing to work night shifts when required.  Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, and maintain SMD production equipment, including screen printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, SPI, AOI, and X-ray machines.

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and restore machines to full operational condition.

• Optimize machine settings to enhance throughput, yield, and product quality.

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring equipment readiness for new models.

• Maintain detailed records of equipment history, calibration logs, and spare parts inventory.

• Collaborate with production and process engineering teams to improve equipment efficiency and reduce defects.

• Ensure strict compliance with ESD, 5S, and factory safety standards.

• Train operators and technicians on machine handling and first-level maintenance.
