Student Counselling and Guidance

• Provide accurate and detailed information to students and parents about study programs, entry requirements, tuition fees, and career outcomes.
• Assist students in selecting suitable universities, colleges, and courses based on their academic background, interests, and financial capacity.
• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and follow up with potential students regularly to ensure conversion.
• Guide students through the application, admission, and visa process with professionalism and care.

Application and Admission Process

• Review and assess student academic documents, English test scores, and other credentials for eligibility.
• Prepare and submit university applications, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with international universities, admission departments, and partner institutions to process offers and confirm enrollments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education systems, visa rules, and university updates.

Sales and Recruitment Targets

• Achieve monthly and yearly student recruitment targets set by the management.
• Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed applications and enrollments.
• Maintain an organized database of all students, applications, and conversion reports.

Communication and Relationship Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
• Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and recruitment events.
• Support marketing and promotional campaigns through counselling, webinars, and social media interaction.

Team Collaboration and Leadership

• Mentor junior counsellors and provide support or training when required.
• Work closely with the marketing, documentation, and visa teams to ensure smooth student processing.
• Contribute to the improvement of counselling processes and service quality.
