∎ Bachelor of Animal Science from any reputed University / Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible of the production department of C. P. Bangladesh Co. Ltd (Farm Unit-39)
∎ Look after the Farm Management & Technical Service, chick's production, cost control.
∎ Farm waste reduction, employee satisfaction & other KPI's, growth management.
∎ Egg production percentage optimized to the breed standard, supervise and monitor Grand Parent, Parent Stock.
∎ Commercial Broiler, Hatchery & Lab-in-charge day to day activities. Broiler Operations, Dressing Plant & Broiler Dressed chickens.
∎ Maintain production software which is run by company own technical team from Thailand.
∎ Manage & oversee the daily operation of the farm.
∎ Must have production technical aspect, cost analysis, management & cost saving, corporate issue and the database of the software.
∎ Maintain training schedule for subordinate stuff & time to time report to HR dept.
∎ Should have the positive mentality and impression to take more responsibility aligned with the department, if required
∎ Must do others job beyond accounting responsibility as per management requirement.
∎ Knowledge and understanding of Thai language will be an additional advantage.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 years working experience in the Agro production industries or relevant field.
∎ Advanced English proficiency in writing and speaking.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 457500 (Monthly)
∎ Basic Tk. 4,20,000/- House Rent Tk. 25,000/- Conveyance Allowance Tk. 2,500/- Medical Allowance Tk. 10,000/-
