∎ Age 27 to 47 years
∎ 3-5 years of proven experience in education counseling or migration advisory, particularly for Australia.
∎ Fluent in English, with excellent writing and speaking skills.
∎ Demonstrated leadership ability, capable of managing and motivating a team.
∎ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide expert guidance and counseling to clients regarding education and migration pathways to Australia.
∎ Assist students and migrants with application processes, visa requirements, and university selections.
∎ Lead and mentor a team of junior counselors, ensuring top-tier client service and performance.
∎ Coordinate with clients to assess their goals and provide customized recommendations.
∎ Ensure smooth communication between clients and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest policies and regulations in Australian migration and education sectors.
