Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist clients with the complete visa application process for work permits and travel visas
∎ Provide consultation and guidance over phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms
∎ Build and maintain professional relationships with clients based on trust and transparency
∎ Ensure all required documentation is accurately prepared and submitted on time
∎ Stay updated with immigration laws, visa policies, and changes in embassy procedures
∎ Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities for smooth processing
∎ Offer visa counseling and pre-departure guidance tailored to each client’s destination and needs
∎ Track visa application statuses and provide regular updates to clients
∎ Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of all client data
∎ Handle complex or rejected visa cases by offering personalized solutions and alternative options
