Responsibilities & Context:
Assist clients with the complete visa application process for work permits and travel visas
Provide consultation and guidance over phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients based on trust and transparency
Ensure all required documentation is accurately prepared and submitted on time
Stay updated with immigration laws, visa policies, and changes in embassy procedures
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities for smooth processing
Offer visa counseling and pre-departure guidance tailored to each client’s destination and needs
Track visa application statuses and provide regular updates to clients
Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of all client data
Handle complex or rejected visa cases by offering personalized solutions and alternative options
