∎ Job Overview: Inspiren Global Education, Bangladesh, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Counsellor – Europe to join our Dhaka office. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of European universities, admission processes, and visa procedures. This role requires excellent counselling skills to guide students in choosing the right study destinations and successfully navigating the application process. Key Responsibilities:✅ Provide expert counselling on study opportunities in European countries.✅ Assist students in selecting suitable universities and programs based on their academic background and career goals.✅ Guide students through the application process, including SOPs, LORs, and CV preparation.✅ Support students with visa applications and ensure compliance with immigration policies.✅ Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and European embassies.✅ Stay updated on admission policies, scholarships, and financial aid opportunities.✅ Conduct seminars, presentations, and counselling sessions to educate students and parents.✅ Assist students with financial planning, accommodation arrangements, and pre-departure briefings.
∎ Requirements:🔹 Minimum 2+ years of experience in student counselling for European universities.
∎ 🔹 Age: At least 25 years.
∎ 🔹 Education Qualification: Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline).
∎ 🔹 Strong knowledge of European admission processes, scholarships, and visa requirements.
∎ 🔹 Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ 🔹 Strong interpersonal and advisory skills to guide students effectively.
∎ 🔹 Ability to work independently and manage multiple student cases.
∎ 🔹 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for student management.
