Job Summary
Inspiren Global Education is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Senior Counsellor / Business Development Manager / Branch Manager at its Sylhet branch. The position requires strong leadership, overseas education counseling experience, and the ability to drive branch growth and student enrollment.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and achievement of business targets.

• Lead, guide, and motivate the counseling and administrative team to meet enrollment and revenue goals.

• Senior Counselor Responsibility: Provide expert student counseling for the UK study destination, including university selection, course guidance, admission requirements, and application support.

• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase student enrollment and overall branch growth.

• Maintain strong relationships with partner universities, students, and key stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical counseling practices, and high service quality standards.

• Prepare and submit regular performance, enrollment, and business reports to senior management.
