Job Responsibilities:
∎ Correctly prepares all food served following standard recipes and special diet orders.
∎ Set up work stations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
∎ Responsible for ensuring kitchen is cleaned up at the end of each shift according to established cleaning and sanitation standards.
∎ Responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste, and fraud.
∎ Responsible for maintaining food preparation pars set forth and keeping track of the food for proper rotation by checking for correct labeling and dates.
∎ Assists with monthly inventory.
∎ Provides excellent customer service while serving and interacting with guests at each facility.
∎ Cook food in various kitchen equipment (ovens, smokers, grill, flat top, etc.).
∎ Plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that excellence, quality, temperature and appearance of food are preserved.
∎ Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.
∎ Stores food properly and safely.
∎ Complies with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards.
∎ Observes proper food preparation and handling techniques.
∎ Apportions food for serving.
∎ Completes food temperature checks before service.
∎ Responsible for consulting with Chef and Vista Senior Center staff to plan menus and estimate expected food consumption.
∎ Responsible for receiving deliveries by following the current procedures when instructed.
∎ Collaborates and interacts with Vista Center staff and volunteers in a professional and positive manner.
∎ Adhere to all outlined established safety policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Priority will be given to the candidates having work experience under offshore or onshore location.
∎ The candidate must have a valid passport.
Salary:
∎ 2,500-3,000 SAR (56,625-67945) BDT)
