Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance in case of injuries or illness.
- Conduct routine health checks and monitor employee wellness.
- Maintain accurate medical and accident records for all staff.
- Support the implementation of occupational health and safety programs.
- Manage and replenish medical supplies, first aid kits, and clinic inventory.
- Assist in health awareness programs, vaccination drives, and safety briefings.
- Coordinate with external medical facilities for referrals and emergency cases.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE and occupational health procedures.
- Prepare medical reports and assist during audits or inspections.
